
The Bayside Community Fund is pleased to partner with the Community Bank of Wynnum Manly and Victoria Point – Bendigo Bank to bring a fundraising raffle to our communities. Over 62 organisations are participating in the raffle across the Bayside and Redlands areas all hoping to raise funds for clubs and not-for-profit organisations.
There are 13 prizes in total varying in value from $15,000 to $1000
1st Prize: $15,000 Bendigo Bank savings account
2nd Prize: $3,000 Bendigo Bank savings account
3rd Prize: $2,000 Bendigo Bank savings account
4th-13th Prizes: $1,000 Bendigo Bank savings accounts
Tickets in the raffle are $5 each and 100% of the proceeds of the tickets go to the organisation selling the tickets. Tickets go on sale Monday March 24th and we’ll be posting a link on our website and social media to sell tickets.
If you’re a not-for-profit organisation in the area of Wynnum Manly through to Victoria Point and would like to participate, it’s not too late.

This art union (“Community Raffle”) is conducted by Bayside Community Fund Inc. ABN 36 545 851 977 (“we”, “us” or “our”) pursuant to Licence No. 1084074. By purchasing a ticket in the Community Raffle, the ticket holder (“you” or “your”) agrees to these terms and conditions.
The Community Raffle is being conducted as a community fundraiser, tickets are sold for $5 each and the proceeds of tickets sales will be distributed to the participating organisations and clubs less selling transaction costs. Ticket sales commence on Monday 17 March 2025. There are 40,000 tickets at a cost of $5 each.
Tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged, transferred or resold once purchased. Ticket sales close at 5pm (AEST) on Friday 30 May 2025 and the prize draw will take place on Thursday 12 June 2025 at approximate 7pm.
There are thirteen (13) prizes worth a total of $30,000. One (1) winner will win the first prize of a $15,000 Bendigo Bank account, one (1) winner will win the second prize of a $3,000 Bendigo Bank account, one (1) winner will win the third prize of a $2,000 Bendigo Bank account and ten (10) winners will win prizes 4 to 13 being prizes of $1,000 Bendigo Bank Accounts.
The prize winners will be determined by chance by the drawing of ticket numbers (ticket stubbs). Unsold, lost and unaccounted tickets are ineligible to win a prize.
The results of the prize draw will be published on the Bayside Community Fund Facebook page: www.facebook.com/baysidecommunityfund along with the Community Bank Victoria Point Facebook page: www.facebook.com/communitybankvictoriapoint and the Community Bank Wynnum Manly Facebook page: www.facebook.com/communitybankwynnummanly on 13 June.
You must provide your correct full name and either Australian address or Australian phone number when you purchase a ticket. You may not purchase a ticket if you do not provide this information. Tickets that do not contain this information will be determined invalid.
We may use this information for the purpose of conducting the Community Raffle and you consent to us publishing your details as set out in these terms and conditions in the event you win a prize.
We may, in our sole discretion, disqualify any person who tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the ticket selling process or the Community Raffle in any way or acts in contravention of these terms and conditions from purchasing a ticket or winning a prize.
Any decision we make in relation to the Community Raffle is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The following persons are not eligible to enter the raffle and are not eligible for any prizes:
- Members of the Management Committee from the Organisation conducting the raffle;
- Employees of the sponsor directly involved in the conduct of the raffle;
- Employees and Contractors of RaffleTix;
- Any other person directly engaged in managing the raffle or conducting the draw; or
- Any immediate family members of any of the above. Immediate family means a person’s spouse (including de-facto spouse), parents, children, and any other family members residing at the same premises as the person.
If the Community Raffle is not able to run as planned we may extend the drawing date. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible or liable for any loss or damage you may suffer (including, without limitation, loss of opportunity) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, in relation to the Community Raffle or a prize you win in the Community Raffle, you purchasing a ticket or attempting to purchase a ticket or ticket you have purchased is lost or stolen or the delivery of a prize being delayed, and we are not responsible for the merchantability or fitness for purpose of any prize and exclude all warranties, express or implied.
