The terms and conditions of the raffle are:

  • the name of the eligible association:  Bayside Community Fund Inc.
  • the commencement of the sale of tickets:  1 May 2024
  • the closing and drawing dates:  Online sales of tickets will close at midnight May 24th, tickets will be able to be purchased at the event on the day. Ticket sales will cease at 1.45pm on 26 May 2024 and the drawing will take place at 2.30pm.
  • the way in which prize winners will be notified:  Winners will be announced at the Pup in the Park event and the winners details will be posted on the Bayside Community Fund Facebook page at
  • the ticket price:  Tickets are 1 for $2, 3 for $5 and 7 for $10.
  • the draw will take place at the Pups in the Park event on Sunday 26 May, 2024 at ELANORA PARK, WYNNUM        
  • the prize winner will be drawn randomly from a suitable container.
  • the ticket number:  Each ticket in the category 2 art union will be numbered consecutively
  • The prizes will be:

First  prize:  An assortment of alcoholic products including beer, wine and spirits and a trolley.  Retail value of prize – $700.

Second Prize:  An assortment of alcoholic products including beer, wine and spirits and a cart.  Retail value of prize – $340.

Other terms and conditions:

  • Gross proceeds are anticipated to be $3 000
  • A ticket will only be issued to an entrant if the entrant has paid the correct price for the ticket.
  • Tickets will not be sold after the closing of the art union.
  • If an unsold ticket number is drawn another ticket number will be drawn to determine the winner of the prize.
  • A person will not be eligible to enter the raffle if the person is:
  • under the age of 18 years;
  • a member of the management committee of the eligible association conducting the art union; or
  • directly engaged in conducting the draw of the art union; or
  • the eligible association conducting the art union; or
  • a member of the immediate family of a person mentioned in (a) or (b).
